Because these Terms and Conditions may change from time to time, you are responsible for ensuring that you have read, understood, and agreed to the latest Terms and Conditions available on our website.
KartuStok.com provides an inventory recording application. KartuStok.com currently provides a cloud-based service.
The Terms and Conditions below emphasize access to and use of KartuStok.com services. By registering to use KartuStok.com services, you represent that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, and are considered to have the authority to act on behalf of anyone registered to use our services.
Definitions
These terms and conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”, or “Policy”) constitute an agreement between the operator of the KartuStok.com website (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and you (“User” or “you”). This Agreement sets out the general terms and conditions for the use of the KartuStok.com website and each of its services (collectively, the “Website”, “KartuStok.com”, or “Services”).
Account and Membership
If you create an account on KartuStok.com, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with it. Providing false contact information in any form may result in the termination of your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. We will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any losses incurred as a result of such acts or omissions. We may suspend, deactivate, or delete your account (or any part of it) if we determine that you have violated any provision of this Agreement or that your conduct or content would tend to damage our reputation. If we delete your account for the reasons above, you may not re-register for our Services. We may block your email address and Internet Protocol address to prevent further registration.
User Content
We do not own any data, information, or materials (“Content”) that you submit to the Website while using the Services. You are fully responsible for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, reliability, appropriateness, and ownership of intellectual property rights or the right to use all submitted Content. We may monitor Content on the Website, but we have no obligation to monitor Content on the Website that is submitted or created by you using our Services. Unless specifically permitted by you, your use of the Website does not grant us a license to use, adapt, modify, publish, or distribute Content created by you or stored in your user account for commercial, marketing, or similar purposes. However, you grant us permission to access, copy, distribute, store, transmit, reformat, and display Content from your account as necessary for the purpose of providing the Services to you. Backup
We routinely back up Content data on the Website and will make our best efforts to ensure the accuracy of backup data. In the event of hardware failure or data loss, we will restore backups promptly to minimize the impact of service interruption. You are strongly advised to keep copies of all data that you enter into our services (please check the guide for exporting data from your account). In addition to other requirements set out in this Agreement, you are prohibited from using the Website or its Content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in unlawful acts; (c) to violate regulations, rules, or laws; (d) to infringe or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Services or related websites, other websites, or the Internet; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (j) for any immoral purpose; or (k) to interfere with or circumvent the security of the Services or related websites, other websites, or the Internet. We reserve the right to terminate your account for the Services or related websites for violating any of the prohibited uses.
Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership and all Intellectual Property Rights arising from the Services, Website, and any documentation related to the Services remain our property. Ownership and all Intellectual Property Rights contained in the data remain your property. You grant us permission to use, copy, transmit, store, and back up your information and data for the purpose of providing you with access to and use of our Services, or for other purposes related to providing our Services to you.
Limitation of Liability
You release us from all claims, lawsuits, costs, losses, damages, and liabilities arising as a result of your breach of the Terms and Conditions set out in this Agreement, or any obligations you may have to the Website. If you are dissatisfied with our service, your sole remedy is to stop using KartuStok.com services.
Acknowledgement and Representation
You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all of its terms and conditions. By using the Website or its Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to comply with the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use or access the Website and its Services.
You acknowledge that if you register to use the services on behalf of another person, you have the authority to agree to these terms on behalf of that person, and you agree that by registering to use our Services, you bind the person on whose behalf you act, or intend to act, to every obligation that you have agreed to under these Terms, without limiting your own obligations under these terms.
You acknowledge that:

You are also authorized to access information and data that has been processed and provided to you through your use of our website and services (whether such information and data belongs to you or to others).

You release us from any claims or losses related to: our refusal to provide anyone with access to your information or data in accordance with these terms; or the provision of information or data by KartuStok.com to anyone based on your authorization.
We do not guarantee that use of the services will never be interrupted or error-free. Among other things, third-party data validation servers, operations and availability of systems used to access the services, including computer network and internet services, may be affected. We are not responsible in any way for such interruptions or for prevention of access to the use of the services.
Determining that our services meet your needs and can be used for your intended purpose is your own responsibility.
You remain responsible for complying with all applicable laws.
Other General Provisions
If a dispute arises between the parties, the parties will first attempt to resolve it amicably through deliberation to reach consensus. If no agreement is reached through such method, both parties agree to resolve the matter through legal procedures with jurisdiction in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time, which will become effective when uploaded to the Website. Updates to these Terms may affect your use of the Services or Website or the security of your data. When we change these Terms, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. If you continue to use the Service, such continued use will be deemed as your acceptance of all changes to these Terms.
